A majority of those substantial share holders are listed under their brokerage firms, if you go back to all the substantial disclosures, you see they did sell some shares but not enough to push them lower than 5%, i.e. there were no ceasing to be unsubstantial share holders by any of them. Even Pioneer had to re-issue their substantial disclosure when MBN went into VA, so I questioned who told him that they have significantly sold their shares, that's all I questioned as he said all his information were correct.
But I said whoever told him this is incorrect as the facts didn't add up and among possibly other "insider" information that he received.
I am aware it was lawsuit was settled as indicated in the VA report but if it was $25M USD.....which I doubt is the amount but if it was wow!!! This crap stinks even more.
Not saying you lied, but getting incorrect information.
