You've bought shares in a shell. You know that there is a high chance re-compliance re ASX requirements would be needed depending on what they purchased.
Knowing that, and knowing that process can take several months (meaning possibly 3-8 months). If you can't handle that then you shouldn't buy it in the first place.
Who knows how this deal will work out, but you can't have it both ways, so just wait
