I did. I still believe for software that sits at the core of our business it represents remarkable value. As Xero would say - it's beautiful! Our monthly SAAS subs are circa $4500 / month and Xero is still a fraction of that but we have disproportionate demands on it from the business compared to cost. Our highest is Zendesk at ($2k / month roughly) and that is important to us however if we could find another competitive option switching costs wouldn't be that bad. Nothing compared to Xero. Therefore Xero putting our fees up 50% is the absolute least of our worries!!
