rumours abound about all the property companies
im not sure what to beleive anymore

my main concern is that after dropping the SP to almost 50% today, there is no news re etc to calm the selldown which breed more speculations

my initial 15c estimate was close and i bught in @17 but from what i hear and seeing how the Rs ec are doing and knowing 50% of their portfolios in queensland/goldcoast etc im very wary. thsi could drop further

im out @20c for a quick profit but im out mainly becos of uncertainties and the many gaps in the SP, if news is bad we will see it in the 10s
