Can someone please help me understand the ownership structure?

Hi there Forum Friends,

A colleague who has invested in Wolf suggested this stock to me last week.
Since then I have been trying to research it with a view to buying in, but am having a little trouble penetrating the meaning of a number of the threads here, and clearly pinning down the relationship between Wolf and China SAM.
(After going back to my colleague, he didn't know and it appears he bought blind)

Could anyone please do me a solid and point me in the direction of some resources which clearly spell out the relationships and the likely key risk/reward spectrum?

Any assistance greatly appreciated, given the opacity of this stock.
