Stuart Hall is sueing them for terminating his contract.
Allan Younger was in charge of exploration and the drilling. The Contractors are the guys that really screwed up. Marg Sprigg alerted the authorities, not Stuart Hall.

All of this over a small amount of rubbish....

Imagine what will happen when they try to get a mine off the ground.

Also there must be great doubt that enough drilling has been done.
The Flinders Ranges regularly have earthquakes and any underground mining operation, must identify where the fault lines occur. Has the current drilling program identified all the faults running through Mt Gee????
I doubt it. Lots more drilling to be done yet, before a mine can be planned and built.
