When a company demonstrates that it considers terms like commercial deployment and P.O.C trials as either interchangeable or an irrelevant change you have issues ...
Maybe this is why the "rant" was required. Unsubstantiated dribble.
Every single deal in the market is dependent on trials. It does not need to be clearly clarified as such as the company will announce to the market when the COMMERCIAL release has occurred. The difference with Syntonic is its requirement to be integrated, rather than just installed by its partners. It has been well acknowledged the long integrated and testing process as advised by the company from deal signup to full commercial launch and as such, requires testing and proof of concept periods.
Only you seem to have an issue with it and that says more to people than they need to be concerned with.
