On December 5 2007, an understanding took place for the evolution of 4C Controls and for an agreement between BQT and 4C controls be investigated.

Upon this exciting news and the most recent cementing of this venture taking place some 3 months later, the share price for 4C Controls went from .15 cents to $2.55.

Obviously well received overseas and a major benefit for all could be seen.

Unfortunately in Australia it is common to kick the dog while it is down.
