    yeah sellers obviously in control today...

    funny thing is, that if we had NOT had the 'angolan oil permits' announcement, but just had the 'refinery purchase' and the 'shareholder update' we might have been 15% up in shareprice instead of 15% down.

    i wonder if this was intentional or the reponse to the first announcement took CVI by surprise?!
