I've witnessed directors selling prior to price catalysts the directors would have almost certainly be privy to. It's a hard concept to grasp. Maybe not likely but without a doubt possible.

Agree mate, and let's not forget he still holds a tidy amount of 30mil that he went on record to say he is not selling. He could have sold them also...
