The way I read this, Yun Ling Huang is (was?) a director of NCA, and there is a claim filed in the Supreme Court of Victoria between him/her and NCA. There is only one other current director of NCA (Steve Chu). This perhaps lends support to the announcement by Crimmins that there was an internal dispute. But still a question mark over why they are in administration, unless its just voluntary until whatever dispute there is can be cleaned up? How far does this dispute extend...is it terminal?

Not sure where Yuting Huang fits in...same contact address but a different name. A relative perhaps? She is a shareholder, whereas the director Yun Ling Huang is not listed as a shareholder. Although Yuting Huang only has 25 shares out of 2000.

Steve Chu, the other listed director, has the same address as Grandta Investments which owns 1000 (half) of the shares in the company.

The next largest shareholder is IUIM, which has the same address at Whitehorse Rd as the previous business address. It would be interesting to know if IUIM Pty Ltd is related to Yun Ling Huang, as this might explain more about the extent of an internal dispute.
