From my interpretation, first 200 to put in an order for the $15,000 will get it, while if you want to hold off and they've raised $3m it's only at the company's discretion. Bit of encouragement to put your bid in early, rather than wait late and just get a weighted share. Will look forward to the letter so I can sign up!
