Dugsab. We, you included, are continually complaining about management not communicating with shareholders on what we consider to be "material" information. You, in fact, are proposing to lodge a formal complaint against them.
Now, IMO, what you are proposing is very "material" to all shareholders as it could have serious implications if management has a hostile reaction to your accusations.
Why can't you clear the air and just tell us if you have proceeded with your complaint to at least give us some warning of such a potential reaction from management?
