It's perfectly reasonable for anyone in Australia to have concerns about political stability in Mozambique, even though that country has ranked among the most stable of Africa's countries for the last 25 years.
But isn't that concern well and truly discounted in the Syrah share price? Think about it. What would the SYR price be if the world's largest and richest graphite mine were located, not in north-east Mozambique, but in north-east Queensland? Surely we would be looking at a valuation three or more times higher.
I do believe that it is primarily because of location that we are looking at such an investment bargain.
