I thought the Cairns property market was booming with all the mining activity close by.
Found the following recent articles in the Cairn Post.

I couldnt find anything regarding the Rapid Build plant closing. Can you find a link? Did it say why they were closing it?

There could be still plenty of land sales without building. Any buildings with the walls constructed using rapid build already could be finished and sold this half.
Perhaps they are going to return to traditional construction methods for a while.

Seems strange that they did not mention it in the half yearly report. Perhaps not significant if the can work around it.

I expect them to give some more details soon, so they may explain this also.
