It is normal for a stock in recovery phase. We cannot stop those people who bravely bought at lows from taking profit at highs. As long as the price base is being increased (like 12.85 today vs 12.5 before) gradually and consistently, any oscillation above the base is acceptable unless you conduct day trading. One more parameter I like to use is the trading activity and MACD tendency during the lunch recess. If it still fairly active with upgoing MACD, it normally means a good finish for the day. Today seems the similar to yesterday, if I am correct.
