whytee, why would EDE not announce a relationship between the MOU with KCI and the agreement with KC?
Why would EDE and KCI commence testing in Korea with a Korean Government agency, return to Colorado for mix design development, announce only "encouraging" results, return to Korea for testing and barely 1 month later, the MOU with KCI has expired and been replaced with an agreement with KC and mix development will start again in Colorado at EDE's expense.
What is going on? Please tell me.
I'm guessing KCI wasn't satisfied with ''encouraging" and walked away. EDE had to find a solution to avoid capitulation and provide a visible investment case for TAS to convert their EDEO options. Enter the minnow, KC. Just my humble opinion of course.
