You guys are on the money no way that wall at .008 is anything other than capping, the same time these orders popped up the .007 buy Que added about 3 million in bids.

1 x 2,500,000 plus another at .009
I have a feeling news is close and as others have mentioned someone is looking to pick up cheap shares prior to the news. Hopefully this is an indicator that things are moving forward behind the scenes.
