Ann: St Griede - French Government to pay Euros 383,500 to GGX, page-7

Pretty poor ann, unless I'm missing something, I'm confused. The way I read it, we aren't getting any more than the 383,500 euros? (Nothing to sneeze at, but there was more on the table).....

"The matter was heard on 3 July 2018 and the Company has received today notification of the decision of the Pau Tribunal directing the French Government to pay Gas2Grid a total of Euros 383,500 plus Euros 1,200 for costs in settlement of the Company’s claim allowing a reduction on the total penalty payable. No appeal is provided in that decision.

A reduction on the total penalty ? with no appeal?
