I reckon that BiH looks like a goer already. The old shaft will make a perfect vent rise, there's a million or so saved right there on capital. Just belt a smallish decline in, at say 3.5mH x 3mW, to access the bottom of the shaft. Establish the primary vent. Go for a 12-15m sublevel due to the narrow widths. You're probably looking at around $75/t capital development for 5kms of tunnels (decline, access, vent, stockpiles) down to 500m depth. ie.125,000t waste total say $10M. Then $40/t operating cost on the 400,000t orebody for another $16M. Infrastructure throw another $10M in for good measure. Buy some toys for another $5M. Then treat it, they'll have to build a mill for say $35M (it'll only be a cement mixer after all).
Hey presto. Spend $71M - get back $200M. Then go after the rest of the little deposits around the hills & you'll keep yourself amused for years.
Glad I don't have to do the community relations & enviro work. That'll be the hard part.
I like these guys. They have good projects. They need to get one of them to run soonish.
Hardrock.
