Most psc staffs and directors are Zimbabwean including the new MD and Mining manager. Harry has been operating 2 mines in Zimbabwe so they would be able to get good deals from the consultants, contractors, suppliers, also source cheap labor. They are using African/Zimbabwean consultants and contractors.
Don't forget although BGS is in Mali but most Directors are Aussie, do they have good connections in Mali to get good deals? They are using Aussie consultants not African Such as como engineers for pfs (expensive fee) Would como estimation based on local best price or are they able to get any best price or are they trying to source from the local or all source out of Mali/Africa?
