Certainly the capex is low. It was an estimation only of course. Local labour is a factor. Zim are great workers.

But jokes aside apart from a small ball mill the rest is pumps, pipes, cyclones, spirals, screens, basic crushers etc. Not exactly the Haddron collider.
I wouldn't be surprised if they update the capex once they announce potential funding.
