Ann: Major Milestone for TAVR As Trials Commence, page-54

Exciting milestone for this truly blue sky project. Project appears to be tracking as good as one could hope at this early stage. At some point it will be very difficult for our competitors to sit up and take notice of what this little company has here prided continued positive announcements. I have a couple of questions I was hoping to hear some thoughts from those more in the know than me
1. Has the trial implanted the device in the sheep utilising open heart surgery or using the catheter device? Apologies if this is showing my ignorance.
2. Would it be easier for a competitor to launch an aggressive takeover bid for our company with a few major holders rather than the multitude of minor holders that we appear to have? My thoughts are that the later may serve to protect us until we see some significant build up in the holdings of a number of owners.
