    Without Condisoil approval, there is no plan that is not prohibitive for long-term operations. It's a far-different claim to suggest something is cost-neutral without capex/opex, as ausheds did with respect to Condisoil production, than it is to make the general statement that I did, which is supported by the technical-logistical nightmare of relocating and burying / monitoring / containing thousands of truckloads of radioactive waste.

    Selling concentrate to China is the best possible outcome; I was being as positive as I could be in the face of the eventuality staring Lynas in the face should Condisoil NOT gain approval.
