In my discussions a few days ago, it was mentioned that ARL management are controlled by what and how much an announcement can contain or claim, this is governed by the ASX and ASIC.
The large announcements require approval and are often met with resistance as a method of investor protection from overzealous companies making overzealous claims and misleading the public.

    The issues are as follows
    - ARL has ginormous, incredible resources within the portfolio, is wishing to develop them.
    - ARL puts forward a publication for approval, lets say a PFS in which it claims 25 year resources of cobalt and nickel and that is only 5% of the resource.
-ARL makes claim to putting in a 2.25million ton plant that will cost say $700 000.00 to build.
    - ARL is clearly looking for an investor and partner in the venture.
-ARL has a market capitalization of $80 million dollars.

The ASX and ASIC reject authority to publish the PFS on the grounds that the capex is far too high for the companies MC and negotiations begin pulling back the claims and capex. This takes months.
You then end up with a smaller plant, less throughput and less revenue projected.
This is clearly not what the company needs, but must compromise. ARL does not at this stage have that credible cornerstone big investor and offtake partner from which it can leverage the claims made.
The PFS becomes a very conservative document from which the tone is set.

    So what does ARL do.
    - ARL presents a conservative PFS as a first stage that creates credibility and interests the potential cornerstone investor into discussion, at which point the plan is introduced for a 2.25 million ton plant that costs $700 million dollars and produces X amount of nickel and cobalt P/A.
    - ARL then with the credibility of a secured cornerstone investor and offtake partner presents in partnership a DFS for approval and that is passed through the regulatory bodies as credible because the capex now can be credibly presented and paid for.
The announcement then is released to market and WALLA, the share price rockets on the announcement.

Remember that ARL has (IMO Absolutely has a resource incomparable in size) this resource is a multi generational jaw dropper that is currently unloved and unrecognized by the general market.
That is OK, What I think as an investor is not as relevant, what the cornerstone offtake partner and investor thinks is what matters and they are lining up. (Absolutely)
If you cared to really read the documents and think the plan through looking at the presented evidence you would recognize the plan and timeline.

You can continue in your attempts to create doubt in the small punters minds and I will continue to present the plausible and credible alternatives.
You are full of unexplained claims and questions, trying to cause doubt in the not so wary, never presenting the other side, its always a dig or negative.
I see you continue to have:
    Sentiment NONE
    Disclosure NOT HELD
How is anyone supposed to believe anything you say, I certainly don't. If you want to know who I believe.
Its Ian Buckhorn, Executive Director of ARL and founder of this great company. The roots of ARL go back 30 years to when Ian discovered these incredible resources and personally pegged the claims.
    THATS WHO I BELIEVE

I spoke with Ian 2 days ago and he was informative, honest, down to earth and the man I believe.
