I must agree with ordinary1's assessment. This is a very deep discount. Without a long escrow period the options may put a ceiling on the share price over the short and medium term as the instos sell their free shares and take profits.
The options may, however, provide an incentive to prevent the instos dumping at 11 or 12 cents the shares they bought at 10 cents. I've seen the price of other nil revenue speccy shares drift down following similar placements without such options (eg ASX:SAS).
We may see our shares range trade between 10 and 15 cents for some time to come. This is not a forecast, I only surmise this may happen.
