Gina will end up with no more than 28% of AGO
FMG will end up with 19.9%
INSTOs who are or were on FMGs share register will have 23%
retail investors 10%
Board and ex Board members 1%

Twiggy holds the good hand and the larger cash stack, nothing has changed.

The more the remaining shareholders HOLD and DO NOT SELL, the longer AGO remains listed and a deal will have to be done between FMG and Gina. If Gina cannot control the majority of the Board or 50%+ of the share register which may enable another debt for equity swap ( I strongly oppose this), then AGO remains listed under the dual control and management of Hancock and Forrest.


That is the goldilocks zone for us long suffering long abused loyal aussie battler shareholders,
