So my question to you CBD .... if you are sitting on the fence, then why did you agree to convert notes to shares?
If I was still a note holder, I would not have agreed to remove WC as security, and I wouldn't be converting to shares.
There was a reason why I held Notes, and that was the interest and some security. Why on earth would holders throw that away.
I'd love to see the comms that went out to the note holders.
