This stock seems strangely cheap, market cap of $82m with NPAT forecast of $8.1m implies a very modest PE of 10.
Add to that the following:
- Impact of Childcare subsidy;
- Normalization of occupancy rates (current profits are based on cyclical lows in occupancy); and
- Long term growth industry
and this seems like a real bargain. I bought another $10k yesterday as I think compelling value opportunities on the market like this are becoming hard to find.
This is so cheap that even if they missed badly and made $6m NPAT given low occupancy etc at the moment, it's still a bargain...
