With all these serious facts stuff linked in your post, maybe you can balance it with a sequel of your story of "shorty whatshisname" from sydney.
maybe you can write it as an orbituary.

Seriously, I cannot believe the current valuation of GXY. SDV and JB over the last year received very little recognition in their contribution to SP. Even now with a SDV sales deal for ~US$270Mil of the equivalent of your street facing nature strip of your $1Mil house (mainly used for dogs to do their business), there is zilch recognition of the incoming ca$h nor the value of the remaining lions share of SDV nor JB. Right, and $0.00 debt..and ~$80Mil rolling in from Mt Catlin pa.
With above numbers, what P/E are we trading at?
Something is cleary wrong with our current valuation....
I wish I could convince wifey to buy more GXY.
