MMX has just cross claimed against the old MMX directors for the same misdeeds that CHM is pursuing MMX for.
If you wish to continue posting on CHM thread then just once back up your post with facts.
Are you claiming that Grimaldi Barnes and Roberts did not carry out the transactions as outlined in the SOC
Or are you claiming that even though these transactions did take place while the MMX co-defendents acted as both directors of Nicu (now MMX) and CHM it leaves CHM with no rights or remedies under corps law
Maybe you should head back to the "love in" that is the MMX postings and keep trying to push the price up on that horse with the "regular $7 here we come" postings
Dont forget its vastly superior financial resources are from Mitsubishi who I am sure will be saying get this sorted boys or no more money.
