I think its a logical possibility, the metalurgical work and permiting obviously takes time, but the project all looks pretty simple to me.
In the end the key will probably be mamagement, how agressive are they to push it forward as fast as possible. AD makes a good impression, very enthusiastic which ticks off an important box.
