It says to me that TS is extremely confident that the Cobalt play will pay off big very soon because a strategy of small placements one after another just to keep the wolf from the door and pay costs is a strategy doomed for complete failure in a very short time.

He must have extreme confidence imho.

I, of course, have been very wrong before and will be again I am sure but in TS I am putting all my trust this time because surely no one can be that stupid to risk the entire company on hot air.
