    Can you provide us with the ABN valuation report

    Or, would it be possible to type out briefly how and what they valued the US business for.

    Repaying the debt is great, but not so if your receivng 50% of market valuation.

    Mind you, the SP has fallen over 50% so a 'fire sale' discount is/has been factored in.


    Trading will be interesting.
