angola needs oil refinery capacity to process the oil from all the off shore leases if and when oil flows is what i am led to believe. also the drilling of a wildcat well in one of the leases might also help explain the need for an urgent refinery upgrade. i am as piss ed off as anyone regarding these placements and the constant damage it does to the companies sp and the perception of ms. i do though think the register will be bought up over the next few weeks as news becomes more transparent. ms needs to start coming clean to shareholders about what the fark is going on and i think he will do so
