NO, do the comparable market cap versus size of resource and take into account that FDL's resource is very much conceptual and you should see that Brockman and FDL are currently correctly price relative to one another. Either Brockman had to go North (which it did) or FDL had to head south because they should not have has similar market caps. There is no way FDL is in the same race as Brockman.
