to spend the $'s to prove up the 'findings'

and then a T/O

is this good for the share holder
well first there is nothing you can do about it
the persons who are in control are the top 10 or maybe the top 20

we are nothing
(face the fact)

if they have a suitable offer
we sell
and there is nothing you, me or any other little fish can do about it
