Yep d, it would seem the ingredients are once again being mixed in the right proportion.
Plus (hopefully) they have learnt from the last time round, how to manage the announcements and subsequent logisical development of this project. If they do it right in the next few months along with the Mumbwa results, the trend should be very positive.
At last some very good signs are beginning to emerge.
