So lazy that it's easier if you just post the chairmans number here .....................for every shareholder that has been caught out by this companies mis/management probably deliberately .. Which I suggest includes yourself.  A lazy board indeed!!

so as a group of long suffering shareholders we are proberly prepared for the next company meeting. Maybe a resolution on 'who is the laziest in the room' can be added to the agenda.
Can you give the Chairman another call and ask him when that next meeting will be and post it here..................

If you have suddenly lost his number and can't post it here............... then a meeting can be called by shareholders under the corporations act.
