From memory JP Mprgan have $70m worth of the notes
Not quite sure they would want to take haircut - why would they when they stand in front of shareholders, They have nothing to lose by holding out for the $100 owed. If the offer was $70 maybe they would consider. In the meantime they collect their interest, next payement due in May - My calc $4.70 in May , So on market today you can buy for circa $12.50 - $16 and get $4.70 back in May.
I am a holder already bought some at $25 (I always get timing wrong) and the other day a few at $10 , if I sell something else I will buy more up to $20. After that risk/reward switches
