I would argue that that is almost always the case in these partnership situations.
Most smaller companies get partnership deals because they have the IP the big guy wants and the big guy has the capital and scale they need.
If all smaller companies had the capital to go to market alone then their would not be any need for capital or a partership.
So I am unsure what your point is. If the IP and potential is good enough and given the TAVR Advisory Board the indications are excellent, then partnering with a reasonable deal will not be an issue.
Do you ever see any positives in what Admedus does? You seem to just fire negative shots across the bow for the sake of it.
The market here is huge and growing rapidly and what would be great up front dollars for us is a drop in the ocean to them. This will happen.
