And BCC bought in for the lithium, if it isn't developed couldn't they initiate legal action of some description? I don't know, not a lawyer, but they likely would be extremely unhappy. Surely as soon as their shares come out of escrow they'll dump them if we didn't drill every project they delayed buying in for until those MERN transfers were completed.
