The brokers are responsiable, who advise ppl because they prey on peoples weekness. People have 3 basic needs food, housing, intimacy, and they will go to all lengths to achieve any one of those needs.
Brokers prey on borrowers primary need housing and ppl never feel secure unless they own a house.
Its very easy to call ppl stupid when you have eveything,
and I do have eveything. I think you shouldnt so easily redistibute blame to borrowers.
If the world operated like you recommend then we should get rid of all consumer law that protects consumers for all goods.
The world is not that simple.
