Hokey mate, you are a contrarian at heart, versus a lot of the post you highlighted. Which is why your post is highly valuable here. As for the social aspect, do you think if FBR should go into the non profit arena, how would this affect value to shareholder? Obviously we'll be dealing with government bodies and we know that can be full of red tapes/bureaucracy.
