You would have to say it is a bargain, but the run of mill holders have got to be tired. I would expect the major holders have been consulted and so it will be in all probability a successful raising. This should be enough to determine whether Mali can be a goer, it bis promising, I would expect they would then attempt to get it up by selling Tanzania and whatever else they can. So yes I will try to scavenge a few sheckles and participate,
