yep..its a good thing...I see redfork still being called as a spec buy in the paper the other day..how long before we see Austin as a spec buy??..easy to drill wells..in a known producing area...atmos building Infrastructure into a area which previously didnt have any to get 40 nodd wells that were shut in, online...what else can we say??? :-p
