Anyone who knows anything saw a Placement or a CR coming, a placement was more beneficial than a CR. I wouldn't be too concerns a lot of companies in their infancy do CR/Placement arrangments and still have amazing growth.
If you have no issue holding for a few years then look into YOJ as an Option if you are here to day trade I wish you the best of luck but would probably say stay away from YOJ.
