Imo the only news market wants to hear is funding arrangements completed. Market holding back re potential dilution from an equity raising, which is a possibility. Also doubts of project being financed, unlikely though as payback will be fairly quick and it is for small amount. Fact is they have already started mine prep and Sinomine actually offered to fund the mine initially so doesn't look like a dead duck.

Bought small parcel of 200K shares to nibble on, once finance sorted this should push up quickly into the mid 4/5c range.
