Until Chindia takes over from USA (in 10-15 yrs ??) ,the yanks will remain a global engine and influence all around it.
The american consumer and their 'wealth effect' (or lack of now) still influences what happens to all of us.
BTW subprime is predicatbly now moving into PRIME.
