it's not mathematically precise of course, but there is this thing between them. as amory pointed out before, RIO is an insto's darling. interesting to see which will prevail when there is any major change, the love affair with the institutions or with the Dow.
notice I am not predicting, merely pointing out what to be looking for, both on chart & in real life.
